This workshop will give you a brief introduction to python and data science. Python is an open-source programming language widely used by data scientists. Data science refers to the process of extracting meaningful knowledge and insight from data. A data science project mostly begins with obtaining and cleaning raw and unstructured data. This data needs to be transformed into structured data so modeling and interpreting can be applied.

Inspiration talk

Vanja Plicanic Samuelsson is the founder and CEO of Qoitech. She is passionate about lowering our energy consumption and footprint, especially throughout product development. Her background is in engineering and product development for the telecom industry and most recently research and innovation on 5G, cellular IoT connectivity and low power IoT. She started Qoitech in 2017, launched a global product with her team a year later and now excited about scaling the business.

Please be on site 15 minutes before the event begins.

How? By grabbing a free ticket on this page on ticket release: September 7th at 15.00. There are limited seats.

Where? Minc, Anckargripsgatan 3, Malmö.

Level of workshop: Beginner, but open for all levels!

What else? Come as you are and bring you computer. There will be fika!

Information regarding covid-19 

For your and our safety, all participants need to to show that they’re either fully vaccinated against covid-19, or do an antigen test at site. For those who are not yet vaccinated, we provide tests in the reception. Please make sure to be on time if you need to do the test.
